Ingredients
250g Chicken Livers
Ginger Powder
Paprika
Seasalt
Pepper
Coriander Powder
Thyme
20g Butter
Chilli Flakes
Chopped Sping Onion

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Place Livers on an oven tray.
Sprinkle ginger powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, coriander powder and Thyme.

Add about 20g pieces of butter and let it roast for 10min.
Remove and Sprinkle some chilli flakes and chopped spring onion, drain the excess oil then grill for five minutes. (use the excess oil for your eggs).
