Lazy girls chicken Livers by Candice Mncwabe

    Ingredients250g Chicken LiversGinger PowderPaprikaSeasaltPepperCoriander PowderThyme20g ButterChilli FlakesChopped Sping OnionPreparationPreheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place Livers on an oven tray.Sprinkle ginger powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, coriander powder and Thyme. ALL my spices are 100% organic and clean 😚. Add about 20g pieces of butter and let it roast for 10min. Remove and Sprinkle some chilli flakes and chopped spring onion, drain the excess oil then grill for five minutes. (use the excess oil for your eggs).

'Carol Mom's Braun recipe' Ingredients Pork shank Beef shin Beef neck (Makes no difference the quantities ) (You can use any gelatine bones like pork trotters. Oxtail will be superb) 1tsp coriander, 1/4 tsp allspice, 2 tsp salt, pepper. 250 ml white vinegar.  4 bay leaves 5 whole cloves 12 peppercorns Make a bouquet garni using..
